submitted by Sandy Stewart Rodriguez on 13 Nov 2000:
...I thought that you should be aware of an error in the book WITH COLORS FROM WHATCOM, SKAGIT, SAN JUAN COUNTIES.
... Shown under STEWART, FRED ALFRED is a photograph of my father, PETER DEWEY STEWART. I have the original photograph. The original photograph was of my Uncle Fred and my Father. My Uncle Fred was in his World War I Army uniform and my father was dressed in a suit. My father once told me that families often had these type of photographs taken of brothers when one brother was going off to war and the youngest brother was left to take care of the family at home. Anyway, the photograph in the book is NOT of Fred Stewart.
